Students don't register for the PSAT/NMSQT through College Board. Schools and districts choose whether and when to offer it.

But, remember, the institution you're attending will require you to submit the FAFSA much earlier, so check individual deadline requirements once you decide on a school. The earlier you get it filled out, the better.
